Interesting case and Judge Joe Brown seems to know what he’s talking about.  The photographer in this case used a common entry level camera (Canon Digital Rebel)  with an entry level 18-55 kit lens but advertised as a professional photographer.  This is common these days as digital cameras allow people to take up photography without spending the time to be properly trained. The sad part is that these women seem to genuinely believe that they’ve done a great job.
